A couple of contracts fell through early on due to items found in home inspections, primarily polybutylene pipes in the house. She patiently went through the electronic paperwork for each contract and helped us with counteroffers and whatever else was needed. She marketed the house very well, including having photos taken with a drone to show the house off, especially its views. She definitely earned her commission. She made herself available for our endless questions about the selling process, the documents, the appraisal, open houses, etc. Her advice was always sound and reasonable. She is a true professional. We are already using her services for a future real estate purchase. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
